About Us

History
Casa Mia’s opened as a small carryout in 1986 serving pizza, pasta, and subs to the White Marsh area. Joseph Carolan served as General Manager and co-owner. Mark Pappas and George Nichols served as financial investors and co-owners. In 1989, the business was rapidly growing and seating for a restaurant was added. We added a liquor store in 1993 featuring seven day service. A total remodel in 2002 added a larger kitchen and carryout. Today, the store consists of 6272 square feet. In 2012, Mr. Carolan purchased the stock of Mr. Pappas and Mr. Nichols. Today, Mr. Carolan continues to be a working owner. Kenneth Dilda acts General Manager. Currently, we employ 21 full time and 28 part time employees.

Each employee of our staff is well trained and aware of the great reputation that Casa Mia’s holds All our food is prepared in a clean,state-of-the-art kitchen where quality and food safety are our top priorities.
